Convection Oven
Our convection oven is perfect for cooking on site, it accommodates full size sheet pans side-to-side and it features air deflectors that are strategically placed around the blower for a very efficient air circulation. The glass window allows an easy way to check on the status of the food and the doors swing open 135° for an easy, quick access when loading and removing pans.
Rental includes 40 Lb Propane Tank
